After a long drive from Dubai, I was relieved to find a nice place to rest at the hotel despite facing some issues that impacted my sleep. The living room, bathroom, and bedroom setup was appreciated for the extra space provided.
The hotel rooms are small but quite good in terms of cleanliness, with no disturbances and friendly staff. However, the lack of soundproofing made it very noisy, especially with a loud and irritating AC that affected sleep quality. The weekend crowd added to the noise levels, resulting in challenges sleeping despite trying for hours.
The hotel offers cozy and well-furnished rooms, clean and nicely designed with state-of-the-art audio and video technologies. The service is excellent with friendly and accommodating staff, though the receptionist could be warmer. The location is convenient, close to Al Manar Mall and other attractions. The dining experience, while offering limited menu options, is enhanced by courteous staff like Mr Srikanth. Overall, a great stay with a few areas for improvement.
